Specialist Directorate Mario Bidegain National Meteorology told El Pais Digital, lack of rainfall will feel because of the cold phase of El Niño.
In general, the accumulated average of three months for the whole country is around 340 mm and this year will be below average, at least until May. This would tend to normalize only June.
Bidegain said the temperature was adjusted to normal. For the early fall temperatures are expected above average and at the end, below it.
For his part, Cisneros Nübel private forecaster predicts a fall "cold and dry" with strong frosts.
While the early days of the season will begin in summer temperatures, it would revert to the expected rain for Tuesday.
